`ClaudePlusMenu` is a shadcn `DropdownMenu` behind a ghost `+` `Button`. It has Add files or photos with a `⌘ U` shortcut in `Kbd`s, then Skills, Connectors and Design system as submenus, Add plugins, and Research.
