`CodexHeader` renders the session banner: a blue `>_`, the bold product name with its version, the working directory under it, and a blue greeting line.

| --- | --- | --- |
| `version` | `0.159.2` | Shown dimmed as `(v0.159.2)`. |
| `cwd` | `~/acme/web` | The working directory under the name. |
| `greeting` | `Anything interesting on the docket?` | Blue line below the banner. Pass `null` to hide it. |
