OpencodeTurnFooter renders the blue square, the agent and the model under a reply. Leave out duration while the turn is still running.

Prop	Default	Description
`agent`	`Build`	The agent that answered.
`model`	`Writer 0.1`	Shown muted after the agent.
`duration`		Wall time of the turn, like `17.8s`.
`interrupted`	`false`	Adds an orange `interrupted` for a turn stopped with Escape.
