CodexExplored groups file lookups under a bold Explored line. Each item starts with a blue verb, and searches can name a scope, as in Search changelog|release in CHANGELOG.md. Set active while calls are still running to show Exploring with a pulsing bullet. Extra calls in details stay folded behind + Show details, a shadcn Collapsible trigger.

Prop	Default	Description
